The receptionist was kind and helped us with a tour refund, which was appreciated. I found the cleanliness lacking-there were insects in the shower, and the staff didn't offer much assistance when I sought support. On the plus side, the hotel features air conditioning, a bar/lounge area, and a terrace for relaxing after a day of exploring. They also have beach access, which I enjoyed with my kids. In terms of value versus luxury, it's decent, but if you're after a truly seamless experience, perhaps consider your options.
